What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, country, property city, building name, timeline, how you plan to use the property, and any notes. Agents who refer a buyer also give us their own contact details and the buyer's.

We also record how you reached the page, such as the page address, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and a referring agent code if one was in the link. If analytics is turned on, it collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your question, review your building and loan options, and contact you by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email about your inquiry. We also use source information to understand which marketing works.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the Main Street Home Loans team handling your inquiry and with service providers that help us run this website, receive form submissions, and manage leads. Those providers may use it only to provide their service to us. If you refer a buyer or were referred by an agent, we may keep that agent updated on your loan's progress with your permission. We do not sell your personal information.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop calling or messaging you by telling us on the call, replying to any message, or calling (410) 336-8432.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements that apply to mortgage lenders.
